How we usually work

Engagement patterns for frontier systems

Every organisation arrives with different constraints. The patterns below are typical starting points, not fixed products.

1. Architecture Audit

We review your current or planned setup: models, tools, data flows, control surfaces, incentives. Output is a direct report: where it is fragile, where it quietly violates its own assumptions, and where you are carrying more risk than you realise.

2. Design Sprint

A focused sprint to design or refactor the core reasoning architecture, invariants, and safety surfaces. We leave you with reference diagrams, threat models, and an implementation roadmap your team can execute.

3. Co-Lab Build or Oversight

We either co-build with your engineers or act as an architectural conscience while they execute. The goal is simple: systems that do what you intended, and fail in ways you can live with.
