We rarely ship “one big agent”. Instead, we give names and boundaries to a small number of roles — each with a
clear job and handoff points back to humans.
Signal triage agents
Filter and label incoming information: alerts, tickets, messages, updates. They decide what matters and
where it should go, not what the final decision should be.
Analyst agents
Summarise, cross-check, and highlight contradictions. They sit in the middle of your process, not at the
end; their outputs are building blocks, not gospel.
Coordinator agents
Orchestrate workflows: “ask this team for clarification”, “run that tool again with stricter parameters”,
“route to a human when invariants are at risk”.
